A few recipes....

Soooo bad me... The weekend came and I forgot to blog lol.... But I do have 2 new things that we tried, the other days we cheated and went out to eat, lol.....


First was salmon and steamed califlower....

I put salmon in some aluminum foil with lemon juice salt paper and bake it in the oven at 350 for about 13 min(temp should be at 135) steam some califlower on the stove top....when its done sprinkle a little salt and tiny bit of butter(or I can't belive it's not butter, lol) and viola dinner is ready in less then 30 min and the kiddos LOVED it.... And it was about 185 calories.....

Tonight I got lazy and made eggs!! Lol

We minced onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, then scrambled egg whites, salt, paper and a hint of galic.....the kiddos once again, LOVED it.... I made them 10 egg whites and they asked for more :) and the dinner was about 60 calories :)

All in all the new recipes are working magic.... I have lost 10.9 pounds since Ben left on Monday!!! Tomorrow we are making taco salad with ground turkey... Yummy lol...
